I am born in 1953 in the south of the Netherlands. My father was a family doctor and I learned a lot from him about medicine. He inspired me to follow his path. After finishing the high school I followed the medical course on the University of Groningen.

During 12 years a saw many babies and little children in a health centre. During that time I started to be curious about homeopathy and I followed the course of the SHO (Stichting Homeopathische Opleidingen) in Wageningen.

In 1987 I started to practice homeopathy. Since that time I followed many seminars. I deepened my knowledge and I learned a lot about new remedies from many teachers. I am curious so I studied many hours by myself and I did research about remedies and potencies. In a group of colleagues we did provings with known and unknown remedies.
